Life

Was just going through some books and found this article on Mother Teresa and this is the quote she said about life.

“Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.
Life is beauty, admire it.
Life is a dream, realize it.
Life is a challenge, meet it.
Life is a duty, complete it.
Life is a game, play it.
Life is a promise, fulfill it.
Life is sorrow, overcome it.
Life is a song, sing it.
Life is a struggle, accept it.
Life is a tragedy, confront it.
Life is an adventure, dare it.
Life is luck, make it.
Life is too precious, do not destroy it.
Life is life, fight for it.”

Life as we all know it

Life as we all know it

When does life really begin? Is it when the first fluttering beats of the primitive heart of a fetus start or when the child is pushed from the womb into the world? Who can say really No one knows because no one is sure of when life truly begins.

There are many out there who say an unborn child isn't really a person, or even alive because it cannot sustain its own life. If this were true, then no one is a real person until they are living on their own away from their parents. When you stop and really think about this, without listening to the arguments about when life starts or if something is considered alive until a certain time, you would be surprised at what you may find. Yes this is life..

There are times, when that life has to be ended, in such cases, it is still sad, but if the mother is to live, then it has to be done. There are other times, when frankly, it is best because there are other problems such as a tumor which is eating away at the child little by little. It doesn't change the fact the child had to die, but at least, it had a small chance and brought just a little happiness into the mother's life. So, when does life really begin? I don't know, but whenever it does, it’s all well worth keeping it going, for the rewards are more than what anyone truly deserves.

Happiness, sorrow, victory are the two sides of the same coin. Similarly life is full of moments of joy, pleasure, success and comfort punctuated by misery, defeat, failure and problems. There is no human being on this earth, strong, powerful, wise or rich who has not experienced, struggle, suffering or failure. No doubt, life is beautiful at every moment. A person who has not experienced difficulties in life has not achieved success.

Difficulties test the courage, patience and true character of a human being. Adversity and hardships make a person strong and ready to face the challenges of life. There is no doubt that there can be no gain without pain. Thus, life is and should not be just a bed of roses; thorns are also a part of it and should be accepted by us just as we accept the beautiful side of life.

Those, who are under the impression that life is a bed of roses are disillusioned soon and become victims of depression and frustration. One who faces difficulties with courage and accepts success without letting it go to its head is the one who experience real happiness in life.

Those, who think, that good times last forever, easily get depressed to pressure during difficulties. To sum up, life is beautiful just as roses but it has challenges which are like thorns and have to be faced and overcome by all.
So is life really as we know it? As we all know life is hard! It’s not easy as we all want it to be. We all have hard and tough decisions to make and some of us have already made a few. Life has its own time when to give you all that you want in your life and when to take things away from you…

This is the life as we all know it....
